I'm 19 years old.

My GFF was telling me about her cousin who's studying college-level physics when he's only 16. After some calculations in my head, I responded with a "Wow, he's like 2 years younger than me..." It took me about ten seconds to realize that I'm not 18. Heck, I'll be turning 20 in a matter of days.

Twenty! I'm losing my precious teenage years by the hour. And every year that passes will bring me further from my 17th and 18th year, which were possibly the best years of my life. (Unrelated, but whatevs.)

When I was much, much younger, I used to look at my 20 year old cousins and think of them as mature people, ready to take on life and whatever it throws at them. They were
adults, they had responsibilities that I never thought I'd one day have.

Well. I'm gonna be that "adult" to my younger relatives now, and honestly, that feels a tad weird. I'm kinda sad to not be able to end my age with a "-teen" anymore when my next birthday comes(/barrels towards me), so I'm gonna say it out loud and tell as many people that I'm 19 now. I'M NINETEEN YEARS OLD, guys! I'm nineteen! 19!!!

...So that's that.

Went shopping just now and spent time with some lovely people I haven't met in a while. Oh, you guys should be way proud of me- only 200 bucks worth of damage was done to my wallet throughout the entire day! (Do hold all applause til the end of the post.) Hey, I'd give you a hug if you could pull that off while shopping at River Island.

We wanted to hit Helipad but it was closed on Sundays, so we just chilled at the GFF's place with RBVs instead. If I didn't have school and a seminar to attend tomorrow, I wouldn't be home right now. Seriously. I should be given some kind of award for discipline right here. But I guess you can say I had a pretty good Sunday. How was yours?

PS;
I'm nineteen years old!!

spend the last hours of your nineteen years old life wisely. by wisely, i mean to say: (1) shopping (2) loads of happy hours (3) don't give a damn about politics or economy, yet (4) *anything you can think of lol*

i definitely miss my younger years.

Dang, I'm the old lady of the group apparently at ancient *cough cough* 46 years old. Hope I'm still welcome amongst the youngsters here. ;o)

Happy 19-almost 20, Nashe. Just make up your mind to make 20 just as good or better than your teen years. I know if you're determined that you can do it. ;o)

Loves ya, girlie!
