Everywhere I go, i see Banglas (Banglae?) building shelters. Shelters after shelters to shelter walkways from heat and rain. When did we get so allergic to nature?

I mean, think about that public caning thingus which made news the other day. Interviews were going like, "This will no doubt lower their self-esteem..." or "I don't think schools should do it...." and "My daughter went home pretty shaken coz of the violent exposure..."

You know, public caning has been around for decades. Why only oppose it now? And it aint like schools don't warn the students of consequences and punishments and shit. And don't tell me the kids don't know what they're in for if they're caught. Why you feenin all sympathetic for the canees? And these kinda students...they wear their cane mark(ok, there's none but u know what i mean) like a badge of honour. So like, WHAT crippling self-esteem?

I've seen 6 people getting caned in my school so far. Damn- it didn't make the news. [Why, I wonder? maybe they just wanted REAL news from Zss, like peepz breaking into the school or somethin, eh?]

Singapore's gen Y is getting weak. And at this rate, its gonna be Gen P very soon. P for PAMPERED.
